Booking Your Session

 

  • Payment in full is due, as well as the signed contract, at the time of booking. You are not considered "booked" until both have been completed. You have 24 hours to do this. After 24 hours, if not completed, the time slot is no longer reserved and will be available on the calendar.

 

Time

​

  • You may enter 10 minutes before your set start time and leave 10 min after your set end time. If you go over on your time you will be charged a fee AND an additional hour.

  • In the event that you are late to the scheduled rented studio time, the end time does not change.

 

Access to the Studio

​

  • You will receive information (via email) within 24 hours of your reservation that will give you further instructions. 

 

Studio Cooperation 

​

  • The space must be left in the same condition or better than it was when you arrived. This includes putting all props back exactly where you found them so that the space is ready for the next person. 

  • If you have food at your session (cake smash), it must be cleaned up appropriately, please bring your own paper towels.

  • A vacuum and minimal cleaning supplies are available for use. Please dispose of all trash (food and diapers included).

  • Please DO NOT move the movable walls at this time. 

  • No items are to leave the studio under any circumstances.

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

​

  • If you must cancel your rented studio time/date, we must be notified 3 days prior to the rented studio date (in writing - via email) to qualify for a reschedule.

  • You are responsible for verifying that we received the cancelation AND confirmed. If notification of cancelation is not made 3 days prior, your time and payment will be forfeited.

  • The reschedule date will be made as soon as possible for the next available time/date that works for everyone.

  • All payments are nonrefundable. You have 60 days to use the time that you have paid for or it is forfeited.

 

Security and Exits

​

  • There is one camera at the top of the stairs. Please do not touch it. For privacy, it CANNOT view the shooting area.

  • Please ensure the door is shut all the way. You can manually lock yourself in once your client arrives if you wish.

  • There is an emergency exit with stairs in the far left storage room near the shooting area.

 

Props/Decor

​

  • You are able to bring in your own items. They must be removed when you leave.

  • We do not provide studio lighting.

  • Display items may not be affixed to any walls or ceiling with nails, staples or tape in order to prevent damages from occurring.

  • Command strips are permitted as long as care is taken when removing them, especially on the movable walls. If a nail is present already, feel free to use it.  

  • The use of confetti, rice & glitter are not permitted on the premises as it is difficult to clean. Please speak with Courtney if you would like to discuss this further as sometimes sessions are specific to having confetti or glitter.

 

Policies and Procedures 

​

  • Use of drugs or other illicit substances are not permitted. Physical violence of any kind will not be permitted. No use or possession of weapons of any kind. 

  • The studio space is heated and air conditioned. Please keep the temperature at a reasonable degree.

 

Children/Pets/Other

​

  • For their safety, children under 16 years of age must be supervised at all times while in the studio. Children are not permitted to wander the grounds unattended by an adult. 

  • Bicycles, skateboards and rollerblades are not allowed. 

  • Nudity IS permitted for boudoir sessions.

  • Pets are not allowed.
