All Hourly Terms and Conditions Apply as well as the following.

• Memberships begin at the beginning of a month and end at the end of a month.

• Must hold the membership for a minimum of 3 consecutive months

• The monthly hours are "use it or lose it", if you do not use the full set hours for that month, they do NOT roll to the next month

• If you break the contract prior to the minimum, it must be paid out in full to meet the minimum

• You can upgrade at any time. You would pay the difference between the memberships and have the remainder of that month to use the new hours. 

• If you upgrade, that is your new membership and you must finish out the 3 month minimum with that upgraded membership, you cannot downgrade until you have met the minimum

• If you go over your agreed membership hours, the regular hourly rates/fees apply (you are not automatically upgraded)

• Payments MUST be on autopay

• To cancel a membership:

  • I must be notified, via email/in writing, 2 WEEKS prior to the next autopay cycle

  • You will then pay hourly for any further sessions once the last month has ended
